DELIVERY DETAILS
Once your order has been placed, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During promotional or holiday periods please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
You will receive tracking notification when your order has been packaged and scanned with the courier, so you can follow it's journey to you. Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking to display.
We only ship Monday to Friday during business hours 9-4pm, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible however we cannot be held responsible for delays with the courier or delays caused by missed deliveries.
We use multiple shipping carriers. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Delivery timeframes vary according to delivery service and customer location.
If your order is returned to us, we can re-send your order out to you. This will incur a $14.95 fee for standard delivery. Should you choose not to have your order resent, we will process a refund for you minus shipping fees.

Oversized Tracked Shipping | Australia wide $38.95
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders $200 or over (excludes oversized items). This is automatically applied at checkout.
Express postage is not available on oversized items.
PREORDER ITEMS
If you order a preorder item, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder arrives. If you would like it to be sent separately simply email us to organise (postage will be paid by the purchaser)
DISCLAIMER
Please note once a parcel leaves our warehouse we are not responsible if a parcel is lost or stolen or tampered with. You will need to lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider.
