personalisation terms + conditions
Personalisation Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a personalised item from Ellsworth Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Production Time
Personalised items require an additional three (3) business days for embroidery and processing. This timeframe is added on top of our standard dispatch time and may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Back to School and sale events.
Personalisation Details & Accuracy
Please ensure all spelling, wording, capitalisation, font selections and thread colour selections are entered correctly at checkout. We copy and paste your personalisation exactly as submitted and embroider according to your selected font and thread colour. We are not responsible for errors made when entering your details.
If incorrect spelling, wording, font or colour is submitted by the customer, we cannot make changes once production has begun and a new item will need to be purchased to correct the mistake.
If we make an error that does not match your submitted order, we will remake the item or offer a refund at our discretion. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Design Proofs
We do not provide design proofs or mock-ups prior to embroidery. By placing your order, you confirm you are happy for production to proceed without a preview. This allows us to maintain efficient turnaround times.
Returns & Damaged Items
Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. Personalised items cannot be returned due to incorrect spelling, wording, font or colour selected by the customer.
If your personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, you must email us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted. All claims are assessed before a replacement or refund is approved.
Additional Information
Slight variations in thread colour tone and embroidery placement may occur due to screen display differences and the handmade nature of embroidery.
