RETURNS or EXCHANGES

If you’ve purchased the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item for a store credit equal to the purchase price.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. To start your return, please email us at hello@ellsworthboutique.com.au. Please ensure your return is clearly labelled with your name and order number.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and free from perfume, odours, or marks.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue you a store credit (minus shipping costs)

For hygiene reasons, teethers, swimwear, dummies, headbands or beanies cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect size. Sale items sales are final so please ensure you choose carefully.

DAMAGED ITEM

We take great care when packing your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your item is damaged during transit, please contact us right away. As we need to lodge a claim within 24 hours of delivery, it’s important you reach out as soon as possible.

When emailing us, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the box/packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

Once we receive this information, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. If a replacement is in stock, we’ll send it out to you; otherwise, we’ll arrange a refund.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please note that because personalised items are custom-made to your specific request, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the item is faulty. As these products are created just for you, they cannot be resold or repurposed.

We kindly encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure everything is exactly as you’d like.
